Chroma Key is one of Kevin Moore’s projects (Kevin was one of the founding members of Dream Theater) – the other most notable one being OSI. Cast aside any preconceptions you might have about Dream Theater though, Chroma Key are about as far removed from that as you can get. This is beautiful, sensitive music from a very talented songwriter; focusing on mood and atmosphere where Dream Theater go all out for musical complexity.This track is from Chroma Key’s second album, “You Go Now”, released in 2000. The 2004 follow-up “Graveyard Mountain Home” is equally worthy of your attention.
