Suburbia – Always

August 1, 2007

Suburbia

Fleeting fame for Ainslie Henderson’s old band (apologies for the picture above – their fame was so fleeting they obvioulsy didn’t get any proper publicity shots done!) This track was featured on the soundtrack of FIFA 2003. The band had a record deal briefly before the label folded, since then some of them went on to form The Last September and Ainslie Henderson went on Fame Academy before jumping back out of the mainstream to release an album (“Growing Flowers By Candlelight”) independently.

Suburbia – Always

Like it? You can get hold of Suburbia’s only album here, although be warned – it doesn’t have “Always” on it. And you can buy Ainslie Henderson’s album here.

Ainslie Henderson – Keep Me Your Secret

June 7, 2007

I saw this guy and his band supporting Marillion in Glasgow the other night and was incredibly impressed. He deservedly got a great response from the crowd – very unusual for a support act!

Check out more of his stuff here - I’ll certainly be dipping into my pocket to purchase his CD.
